That’s why we have developed a comprehensive training system designed to equip every team member with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Our training is based on three core pillars:

1. How to Properly Perform Each Cleaning Task

All AFB Group divisions follow the same detailed instruction on cleaning protocols and best practices. Team members learn the most effective techniques for tasks such as dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, damp mopping, machine operation, and more.

2. How to Do It Safely

Safety is a priority across all of our companies. We provide extensive training on safety procedures according to OSHA Standards to ensure that our team members perform their duties safely and confidently. This includes the proper use of cleaning equipment, handling of chemicals, understanding SDS sheets, PPE usage, and accident prevention measures.

3. How to Perform According to the SOP Designed for Each Facility

During the partnership process, we design a detailed and tailored SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) specific to each client’s facility. This SOP is translated into a practical and simplified Cleaning Schedule. It includes all tasks to be performed systematically, ensuring optimal performance. There’s no room for guesswork — every possible detail is addressed in advance.
